1998 Aerolite Seven Travel Trailer in Bristol, VA

This is a great little camper and is in need of a new home for only $ 3,000.The Aerolite is very easy to pull due to it's light weight. The total dry weight is 2425 lbs. It has a tongue weight of only 240 lbs.There is a full size bed in the rear. It also has a twin size bed when folding down dining table. The bathroom includes a shower/tub combo. It also has a sink, vanity cabinet and full size toilet.The kitchen has a large refrigerator with freezer. There is a gas cooktop and a double sink. There is even a built in radio/cd player. There is a cable connection and 110 and 12volt electrical connections above the refrigerator.This cute little camper has plenty of storage space, more than your normally see in a larger camper. There is slight water damage. It is not a "leak" but water has seeped in due to need of a new roof. This has not caused issues such as dripping when raining but it does need to be covered or repaired. Visually there is a slight wrinkling of the interior head lining.For remote camping it has 2 way power, lighting, water pump. There are also fresh, gray and black water holding tanks (25 gal. each). Two LP tanks are enclosed in front area.The exterior is all fiberglass with galvanized steel frame. It has four new tires (1yr old) and also includes a spare. The large awning is in great shape. It was brand new when we purchased the camper, about 5 or 6 years ago. There is a cable connection and 110 electrical outlets for exterior connections.
